Grit & Grace membership is $40 per month. This gives you full access to all workout videos, coaching resources, and community support.

9. Do I need a gym membership or special equipment?
No! We offer programs for different settings and equipment availability. You can choose from bodyweight workouts, resistance loop programs, dumbbell-only home workouts, or structured plans designed for gym training. No matter where you prefer to exercise, there’s a plan for you!
10. How do I know if this is right for me?

11. Can I try it before committing to a membership?
Yes! We offer a 3-day free trial so you can experience Grit & Grace before becoming a member. This way, you can explore our workouts and community to see if it’s the right fit for you.
12. What if I want to cancel my membership?
There is no contract, and you can cancel your membership at any time. We do not offer refunds, and membership must be canceled before the billing date to be effective for the coming month. If you cancel after the billing date, your membership cancellation will take effect the following month.
