About The Trainer Behind Grit & Grace
Hi, I’m Kirsten, the founder of Grit & Grace. I’m a certified personal trainer through the Brookbush Institute, an ACE-certified health coach, and I hold a master’s degree in exercise physiology. My passion is helping women embrace their strength, move with confidence, and find joy in fitness.
At Grit & Grace, I believe that movement is a gift, a way to honor the body God has given us. My approach is rooted in faith, body acceptance, and the belief that fitness should be empowering, sustainable, and free from external pressures. Strength training and functional movement are at the core of what I do, but just as important is learning to offer yourself grace—kindness, patience, and self-acceptance—throughout your fitness journey.
Through our different coaching options, I provide access to 12-week strength training programs, nutrition guidance suited to your goals, and coaching that prioritizes sustainable movement, building healthy habits, and finding joy in exercise. Whether your goals are weight loss, increased energy, or simply to get stronger, this is for you. My goal is to help you develop resilience, both physically and mentally, while creating a routine that feels like a gift, not a burden.
Grit & Grace is more than just fitness—it’s about celebrating who you are, growing in strength, and moving with purpose. Let’s move with grit and live with grace, together!
